Dealing with a clog is an inevitability at some point. You can generally resolve these with just a little elbow grease:
Toilet Clogs: A plunger is the best tool for dislodging anything stuck in the plumbing system. You can purchase one inexpensively at most hardware, grocery, and home stores.
Drain Clogs: If your drains aren't working properly, there is likely something clogging the pipe. Drain cleaning products and plastic cleaning tools can be purchased at many retailers, but avoid caustic chemicals that could damage the pipes.
Have you lost power in your rental home? Before you make a repair request, contact your electrical provider. The utility company will have up-to-date information on what may be causing your outage.
If your hot water heater isn't working properly, check your tank settings. Some heaters have a vacation mode that provides limited water access. If your system has a pilot light, you should also verify that it is lit.
Having problems with your air conditioning or heating? Check your temperature controls on the main thermostat in your property. Be sure that you haven't accidentally turned the system off before contacting us.
